Return Policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 60 days of original purchase, provided that the garment has not been laundered, altered, decorated (heat pressed or embroidered) and that original tags are in-tact.  Returns in excess of 60 days, 
may be considered for exchange or store credit only. Educational Outfitters reserves the right to decline returns past 60 days. 

 

Special Ordered items are not returnable under our standard return provisions.  Special Ordered items include uniform items currently out of stock, non-core school items (such as spirit wear and novelty items), corporate apparel and any other non-stocked item. Cancelled special orders or exceptions for special ordered returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and shipping is not refundable.  Educational Outfitters reserves the right to decline returns on special ordered items. 

 

Refunds are processed and credited via the same payment method used to purchase original items, or via store credit only.  Credit card transactions for credit will be applied to same card used to complete original sale.  

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return eligible items from your order.

Clearance items are final sales.  Exceptions for returns will be issued as store credit only. 

 

Quality Guarantee

 

School uniforms are guaranteed against quality issues for one year from purchase and will gladly be replaced if defective.  Replacement item must be the same size, style and vendor unless approved by store manager.

 

Shipping

 

We generally ship via USPS Priority mail.

 

Merchandise not picked up

 

Items that are left in the store for more than 6 months will be subject to being donated to a charity of our choice.
