1. What is the processing time for in-stock school logo'd items?
- In-stock school logo'd items typically takes aboout 2-7 business days to process and fulfill. However, Tackle Twill sweatshirts will require additional processing time.
2. How long does it take to process orders that do not require decoration?
- Orders that are in-stock and do not require decoration are typically completed within 1-3 business days.
3. Will I be notified when my order is ready for pickup?
- Yes, if you choose to pick up your order in-store, we will notify you via text message when your order is ready. Please ensure you provide a phone number that can receive text messages. If we do not have a text-enabled number, we will contact you by email or phone call.
4. How will I know when my order has shipped?
- If you selected the shipping option, you will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
5. What happens if an item in my order is out of stock?
- Most out-of-stock items (those needing to be ordered) typically take 1-3 weeks for fulfillment. If your online order contains an item on backorder, you will always be given the option to receive your order partially complete.
6. Can I expect vendor-specific styles or items to be available?
- Due to ongoing supply chain issues beyond our control, we cannot guarantee the availability of vendor-specific styles or items. You can request a specifc vendor/brand and will do our best to accommodate you, however, we cannot always gaurentee fullfillment.
7. What is the return policy for special ordered items?
- We have a flexible return policy for special ordered items due to supply chain challenges. Returns and exchanges must be made within 60 days of purchase given tags are still attached and they have not been laundered.
8. Why is it taking longer than expected to fulfill my order?
- We are currently navigating severe supply chain challenges and staffing issues. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work diligently to fulfill all orders in a timely manner.
