Currently, the expectation for fulfillment of in-stock school logo'd items is 5-7 days for completion. Tackle Twill sweatshirts may require additional processing time. Orders that are in-stock and do not require decoration are completed in 1-3 business days. If picking your order up in the store, we will notify you via text that your order is ready provided you have listed a phone number that accepts text messages. Otherwise we will call you. Orders that have selected shipping option will be emailed tracking information once your order has shipped.
Most out of stock items (those which need to be ordered) take 2-3 weeks for completion. If your online order contains a backorder, we will always give you the option of receiving your order partially complete.
Due to severe supply chain issues out of our control, we can not guarantee vendor specific styles or items. Because of this, we are maintaining a flexible return policy for special ordered items should you need to exchange or return for refund, however returns must still be process in 60 days.
