First Time Shoppers

If you are unfamiliar with our sizing, we highly recommend an in-person visit to our store for an accurate fitting.  Some items are true to size, some run generous, and others still run smaller than most.  Per our terms of agreement below, only mandatory logo'd items are able to be returned.

Returns/Exchanges

Refunds and Exchanges are permitted within 60 days of purchase on all core school uniform items, including items that require a mandatory* logo.  Optional logo'd items*, including non-mandatory logo'd polos, spirit wear and customized items are not available for return or exchange and are considered final sale.

*Mandatory logo means the item is required by the school to have a logo 
*Optional logo'd items means the school does not require that the item have a logo

Refunds must be made to the original payment method used. If the original payment method is not available, a store credit will be issued, which does not expire.

Accepted for return or exchange: School uniform items that are unwashed, unworn, unaltered and have their original tags attached.

Not accepted for return or exchange:
Items that have been washed, worn, or altered
Items that are missing tags
Items that have been discontinued
Items that have odor of smoke
Items that are covered in pet hair or otherwise not in original condition
Socks or tights that are removed from their packaging
Products that have been personalized or customized 
Special ordered, discontinued, and clearance items are not eligible for returns/exchanges.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return eligible items from your order.

Order Fullfillment

Currently, the expectation for fulfillment of in-stock logo'd items is 2-5 business days for completion.  Tackle Twill sweatshirts may require additional processing time. Orders that are in-stock and do not require decoration are completed in 1-3 business days.

Most out-of-stock items (those which need to be ordered in) take 7-10 days for completion.  If your online order contains a backorder, we will always give you the option of receiving your order partially complete.

If picking your order up in the store, we will notify you via text that your order is ready provided you have listed a phone number that accepts text messages. Otherwise we will email you. Orders that have selected a shipping option will be emailed tracking information once your order has shipped. 

Shipping

We generally ship via USPS Priority mail.

Product Availability

Pro3 Services reserves the right to substitute alternate vendor products based on availability. We cannot guarantee the fulfillment of products by specific vendors

Quality Guarantee

School uniforms are guaranteed against quality issues for one year from purchase and will gladly be replaced if defective.  Replacement item must be the same size, style and vendor unless approved by store manager.

Merchandise not picked up

Items that are left in the store for more than 9 months will be subject to being donated to a charity of our choice.
